How do I return an item?
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it, at your cost, in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we'd expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item and packaging is undamaged and unused. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
Where is my item?
If no one is home to sign for the parcel, you will receive a "while you are out " card to re-organise delivery when you are in.
Please note you will get "shipped and tracking information" email update in the evening of the day that the parcels are sent.
When will I get my refund?
Usually within 2-3 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
